The location of the hotel is great as it is close to a pub. the staff at the bar were very friendly and made us feel welcome. the pub itself had a nice atmosphere and we enjoyed spending time there.
The maintenance of the toilets and showers was poor and in need of repair.

The location of this hotel was perfect, close to local shopping and rental places for boats in the broads. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help.
The hotel has some serious hygiene issues, and it really shows. The smell of old beer, cigarette smoke, and toilet cleaner were just overwhelming, giving the whole place a "dirty" vibe.

Great value, delicious food, beautiful surroundings. We had an amazing stay during our romantic escape. the room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. the bathroom was well-appointed and modern. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the easily accessible parking. the location was perfect for exploring the area and we enjoyed taking walks in the beautiful surroundings. the food was outstanding, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from. the prices were very reasonable and the portions were generous.
Dated decor, weak coffee. the decor could use some updating, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.
